Terms of sale and use

Product. DevTeam AI Kit is a digital product: a set of Markdown instruction files ("skills") for use with Claude Code, delivered as a download.

Order and payment. Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Sold through Link, LLC, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Their terms apply to the payment transaction.

Delivery. The download link is provided immediately after payment and by email.

Licence.

Individual: one named person may use the kit in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work.
Team: all members of one team or company, up to the number of seats purchased, may use the kit in that company's projects and commit it to its private repositories.
You may modify the skills for your own or your team's use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the kit or modified versions of it, in whole or in part.

Updates. Updates within version 1.x are included at no extra cost.

Disclaimer. The kit is provided "as is". Content generated by AI tools must be reviewed by a qualified person before use. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the kit or of content generated with it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

Third parties. DevTeam AI Kit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. You need your own access to Claude Code, subject to Anthropic's terms.

Governing law. French law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

Refund policy

If the kit is not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund, your licence ends and you must delete the files.

Privacy policy

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Our host may keep standard technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security purposes.

When you buy, our Merchant of Record collects your name, email, billing details and payment information to process the order. We receive your name, email and order details in order to deliver the product, provide support and send product updates. We never receive your card details.

When you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you.

The product itself collects nothing. It has no server and no telemetry.

Retention. Order data is kept for the period required by accounting law. Support emails are kept for up to 3 years.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its use, by writing to contact.ardeveloppement@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).
